Items noted as shipping from the wholesaler, and not The Merry Moore, will specify the estimated ship time. If the listing says the item will ship in 5-10 days this means the product will be packaged and dropped to the shipping facility within that timeframe. Please allow additional travel time from the origin shipping facility to your delivery address. Expect shipping delays from mid-November through December.Â

Returns:
All items are non-refundable. No returns or exchanges will be accepted. Many of the items are customizable or made to order. The Merry Moore will be operating as a "pop-up" online boutique, opening up for November and December 2024 only at this time to offer gifts for the holiday season. If a quality concern for a received product arises, the customer is responsible for contacting us at themerrymoore@gmail.com within two days of marked delivery to ensure efficient time to resolve the issue with our wholesale partners.

Delivery:
The Merry Moore is not responsible for lost packages due to inaccurate information provided by the customer. The customer is responsible for contacting the carrier to try and resolve.Â
The Merry Moore is not responsible for stolen packages. Once the package is marked as "delivered" by the carrier, it is the customer's responsibility. The customer is responsible for reaching out to the carrier and creating a claim.

Pre-Orders:
Items noted as Pre-Orders mean the items aren't immediately available to ship, but will be shipped based on the estimated date provided in each individual listing. Sizes and quantities are being ordered based on pre-order sales. All Pre-Order sales will be final. If an item is cancelled by the vendor, you will be refunded via your payment method. If ordering multiple items, they may ship separately.
